Data from the Statistics and Census Service (DSEC), based on surveys submitted by Macao industrial companies in October, show that the average length in the third quarter of 2012 reflects a slight decrease compared to the previous three months (2.65 months), but a slight increase over the same period of 2011 (2.63 months).

The order book of the clothing sector was 2.85 months, greater than exporting firms belonging to other sectors (2.51 months).
