MARSIPEL Leather Industry incorporates the complete productive chain related to the process of transforming leather from the beginning to the end. This activity is carried out in 4 seperate factories, based in Alcanena (with a total covered area of 38,000 m2) as well as a subsidiary company located in Alto Paraná, Brazil. With an annual production capacity of finished leather in excess of 25 million square feet, Marsipel specializes in the production and commercialization of cattle leather for the foot-wear, leather goods and furniture industries. The quality and customer satisfaction are the main priorities of this company, which has its factories in Portugal certified in accordance with the standard NP EN ISO 9001:2008.
