The richness of the Ribatejo plains and the particularity of its weather conditions with hot temperature during the day time ? Mediterranean weather conditions - and very cold nights - due to the proximity of the Atlantic ocean - makes this particular region as ideal for the production of fresh tomato. The gap of temperature between the day and the night allows a better fruit maturation. Known by a color and a unique flavor the tomatoes produced in Ribatejo will give you a natural taste on the tomato product (no need to use color, acidity or flavor regulator). Located just a few km from the fields where tomato grows, Sugalidal only concentrates the tomato into paste, which will be used on the soups, juices, sauces for pizza´s, pasta´s, taco´s, ? produced worldwide.
